What was once outside your reach, is now possible

Around the middle of April, we suddenly notice that there is green on the trees. It seems that this happened overnight – yesterday the trees were brown, weren’t they? While today they are budding and suddenly looking alive and vibrant.

The truth is that it didn’t happen overnight. It has been happening gradually for weeks now. And, the process actually began last autumn, when the trees started storing water and nutrients so that come warmer weather they could “spring” out; thus catching our eye and creating their own kind of beauty, energy and life.

During my time at NK&A, I have loved watching this happen with our clients. Businesses come to us with a problem, and we set about finding the solution. The beginning stages are like autumn – we evaluate and research and prepare. Like autumn, there is much going on beneath the surface that will lead to great growth in the future. Then, we put processes in place to achieve the goals of the business. We present editorial calendars and social media strategies, ad campaigns or new website designs, and whatever is needed to achieve the desired growth. This is when the teamwork comes into play. Then comes spring – my favorite part. The planning and efforts that have been implemented begin to yield results, and it is like a tree blossoming. Suddenly the business has greater presence, new life, energy, and visibility that it didn’t have before. Employees catch the vision and excitement, and suddenly everyone can see the possibility that lies before them. And, potential customers see it also and want to be a part of it.
