Successful social posts

Creating social media posts is like living on the 33rd floor of a building. Before you get in the elevator to go out, make sure you have everything you need. So what does a great social media post need?

1. A great image: A picture is worth 1,000 posts
2. @mentions: Who’s involved? Who should be involved?
3. #hastags: Make your posts relevant and timely
4. A call to action: Engage your readers

You can’t always get all four elements—this post is missing an @mention—but aim for three out of four and watch the conversation start!
