Expand your network and showcase your company brand
LinkedIn has some new features for company pages, designed to enhance your presence on their platform and increase your reach to connect with professionals you are already connected with, and those you would like to be connected with. Here is a quick overview:
At the top left-hand corner of your company page, you can now see Content Suggestions. These are articles and information posts that might be of interest to you. When you first click on it, you will be asked to provide your industry, location, seniority, and a number of other options to allow LinkedIn to hone in on the content that will be of most interest to your company. And, if you find something especially compelling, it’s easy to “Share” with your company followers.
You can now add a custom button to your company page. Some options are: Learn More, Register, Sign Up, Visit our Website. Now, with one click of a button, visitors to your LinkedIn company page can go directly to your website, or sign up for an event you are hosting, opt-in to your mailing list etc.
In this new section you can now add hashtags to your page to increase searchability, and connect with communities using the same hashtags. You can also add featured groups, thereby connecting with a larger community of those with shared interests.
