Consider your delivery model

We’re virtual.  And that has forced all of us in front of cameras, using the cloud, onto social media, dialing for dollars and avoiding the face-to-face.

Think very carefully about the customer experience across these mediums. Live streaming is great in the moment, but will people carve out time later to re-watch?  Is a webinar the best way to grab their attention?  Think about where, when and how you can provide the best brand experience with your audience. Realize that you might have to offer the same content across multiple mediums.  And don’t leave out the possibility of good old-fashion mail or phone calls.
