Absolutely

Here is the thing about being absolute.  When you are young it gives you credibility.  Your knowledge, confidence and determination validates you.  When you are older the assumption is you are experienced.  Thus, when your greys shine through and you are absolute, you are perceived as stubborn, inflexible, and dated.
