White space

I was on a call with my good friend and business pal Kim Miles.  We were talking about virtual calls and Kim said, “People need white space in their day.”  We all need space to create, think and explore.

In our new norm we are in back-to-back meetings and find ourselves mentally depleted, work stacking up and frustrations running high.  Think about creating some white space in your day.  Do with it what you want (eat, read, go for a walk, even nap) and know that a little white space goes a long way.
