When is the right time?
We are all in a quandary about when will be the right time to go out, prospect and ask for business. We see our clients chomping at the bit, eager to generate revenue and meaningful work for their team. But the question is, “Is now the right time”?
To ascertain when it is the right time you need to do one thing – You just have to listen.
Start with conversation. Check in with your existing clients. Listen to what is going on for them. Be curious. If you approach the conversation without a personal agenda and truly listen, you will learn their mindset, concerns and challenges. When you hear that they too are interested in getting back to business, then you know others are too. That is the time.
