Partner with quality people who are talented, committed and believe that goals can be reached. Victoria and Dwight started working together 17 years ago. The agreement at that time was that if either of them didn’t want to continue the partnership, then they could call it off. Forget about the politics, they agreed they didn’t want any of that.
