Think long term act short term

How we behave now has long-term impact. Don’t get us wrong, you should manage the here and now, be responsible, take action…AND think long term.  How you behave as a company today can either ingratiate and build trust or it can negatively taint your brand in the long term.

The temptation is to react swiftly.  Slow down (just a touch), act thoughtfully.
