Culture and brand

Top of mind for most of our clients right now is corporate culture and community.  It’s top of mind with our thriving clients, “surthriving” clients, and our surviving clients.  Why? Because good leaders realize that right now if you don’t have a good corporate culture, you’ll lose the best team members you have and you’ll have difficulty recruiting new team members.

So how do you brand your culture?  First define it – the tangible items and the essence of your culture.  Then cultivate it.  What can you do to elicit it and what can you stop doing that is hurting it?  Then perpetuate it by taking a stand.  Talk about culture on your social media platforms, show pictures of what it looks and feels like. Define your brand essence proudly and share it internally and externally. That’s how you brand your culture.
