During this disruptive time, one where we are breaking from our routines to adjust to the challenges at hand, we need to reflect on and assess our current “shoulds.“ We need to ask if these “should do” actions are still serving our best interests? Are they advancing you and your work, or are there “shoulds” that you and your team can let go of?
