3 things you can do to improve your chances at new business

Relationship building is a long haul, realizing you will not always be top of mind. You need to think of ways to reach out, connect and remind people who you are and how you can help.

Here are three things you can do this week to stay top of mind.  Pick 5 people you want to call you with your next big client, and do one of the following three things:

  1. Look them up on LinkedIn. Comment on their posts, endorse them or write a recommendation
  2. Send them an e-mail asking them about their most recent success and how you can help them have another
  3. Call them up to chew the fat and check in on how they are doing

Connect with 5 people a week and you won’t be waiting for long for your next big client!
